3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on pk333. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any pending balances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, working mobile number registered in Bangladesh (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket verification where applicable).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

No two promotions may be combined unless explicitly stated. Players must opt in to each eligible promotion separately. Failing to opt in before qualifying activity will forfeit eligibility for that promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or payment systems for personal gain.

pk333 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh. Any activity that appears to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Players implicated in fraud or financial crime will have their details, transaction history, and related data shared as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and software on the pk333 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of pk333 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from pk333. Unauthorised use of pk333's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and pk333 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

9. Privacy and Data Processing

10. Limitation of Liability

Minor clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to referenced URLs may be made without notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the relevant jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising between you and pk333, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through pk333's internal customer support process.
